Elizabeth Rich Bolz, our Executive Director and Placement Supervisor, holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She has been with the agency since 1998. 

Christine Crabb, our senior caseworker, graduated from Harding University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work.  She joined the Colorado Christian Services team in 2003 and serves as an agency caseworker specializing in Post Adoption and Adoptive Family Services.

Monica Padilla Trueman, our birthmother caseworker, graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004.  She holds a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling.  She joined the Colorado Christian Services team in 2005.

Maegan Cave, graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  She joined the Colorado Christian Services team in 2006 and serves as an Adoptive Family Caseworker and the Foster Family Coordinator.

René Vanhooser, has an Associates Degree from York College and has been with Colorado Christian Services since 1996.  She serves as the Administrative Assistant.  In addition to her many duties, she also coordinates most of our annual fundraising events, including our annual ladies event and capitol campaign.

Connie Monsees, the newest member of our team, came on board in 2006.  She serves as a secretary, providing much needed office support to our staff.

Glenn Perlinger, received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Management from Colorado Christian University.  As a certified QuickBooksPro advisor and consultant to small businesses, Glenn manages the accounting and benefits at Colorado Christian Services.

Christi Slaton, our graphic designer, creates and produces the agency newsletter, The Portrait, as well as all of our other print material.
