At Colorado Christian Services we are committed to serving all members of the adoption triad long after placement occurs.  We offer a wide range of post-adoption services.  For the adoptee we offer assistance to begin communication with the birth family, assistance gathering social and medical history, and assistance with placement on the voluntary adoption registry.  Pursuant to Colorado State law, adoptees must be 18 years of age or older to begin the post-adoption process.  For birth families we offer assistance to begin communication with the adoptee or the adoptive family and assistance with placement on the voluntary adoption registry.  To begin the post-adoption process please follow the links below and mail the notarized release forms to:
